Bernadette Gilder
(B.Physio, MSc (Psych), PG Dip (Counselling), PG Cert (Womens Health), HCPC, BACP, CSP, AACP, POGP)
Bernie graduated in 1998 from LaTrobe University in her home town of Melbourne, Australia. She founded Bounce Back Physiotherapy in 2005 after spending 7 years working in various NHS and private hospitals and clinics. This has given her a very broad education and wealth of experience.
Her passion has always been a combination of Musculo-skeletal (pain and dysfunction anywhere in the body) and Women's Health Physiotherapy. She is also an acupuncturist. Because Bernie has always worked in a holistic way, she has additionally qualified as a Counselling Psychotherapist. She has a special interest in chronic pelvic and back pain, general rehabilitation and balance re-education.

Gabriel Nwafor (B.MR (PT), HCPC, MCSP)
Gabriel graduated from the University of Nigeria, Enugu State in 2012. He then consolidated his learning with a 15 month internship in the University of Calabar Teaching Hospital, Cross River State, Nigeria. A further national service year followed. He was then hired by a former UK NMSK specialist at Astella Physiotherapy Clinics , Enugu. This was the neuromusculoskeletal and sports specialist outpatient clinic where he pursued his interest in NMSK, sports and manual therapy. Gabriel has garnered a wealth of experience, clinical knowledge and skills tailored to provide you with all the help you need to recover and restore your strength and fitness.
