Bernadette Gilder
(B.Physio, MSc (Psych), PG Dip (Counselling), PG Cert (Womens Health), HCPC, BACP, CSP, AACP, POGP) Bernie graduated in 1998 from LaTrobe University in her home town of Melbourne, Australia. She founded Bounce Back Physiotherapy in 2005 after spending 7 years working in various NHS and private hospitals and clinics. This has given her a very broad education and experience. Her passion has always been a combination of Musculo-skeletal (pain and dysfunction anywhere in the body) and Women's Health Physiotherapy. She is also an acupuncturist. Because Bernie has always worked in a holistic way, she has additionally qualified as a Counselling Psychotherapist. She has a special interest in chronic pelvic and back pain, general rehabilitation and balance re-education. |
Kostas Grammenos
(Physiotherapist BSc (Hons), MSc, MCSP, HCPC, AACP) Kostas obtained his Physiotherapy degree from the University of East London by way of their Transnational Education Program in partnership with the Metropolitan College in Greece. He then went on to work as a Physiotherapy intern for over a year in a rehabilitation centre and in the Greek Army. Once in the UK, Kostas furthered his education by achieving a Masters Degree in Advanced Physiotherapy at Coventry University. He has been working solely in the field of Neuro-musculoskeletal Physiotherapy since graduation and has accomplished a wide body of experience. He has excellent theoretical and clinical skills and in addition, Kostas is an acupuncturist registered with the AACP. Passionate about combining hands-on Physiotherapy with a personalised rehabilitation programme, Kostas is well equipped to help you recover. |
Gabriel Nwafor (B.MR (PT), HCPC, MCSP)
Gabriel graduated from the University of Nigeria, Enugu State in 2012. He then consolidated his learning with a 15 month internship in the University of Calabar Teaching Hospital, Cross River State, Nigeria. A further national service year followed. He was then hired by a former UK NMSK specialist at Astella Physiotherapy Clinics , Enugu. This was the neuromusculoskeletal and sports specialist outpatient clinic where he pursued his interest in NMSK, sports and manual therapy. Gabriel has garnered a wealth of experience, clinical knowledge and skills tailored to provide you with all the help you need to recover and restore your strength and fitness.
