Bladder and Pelvic Floor Weakness

Leaking (any amount) of urine from the bladder is very common but never normal


​Often urinary and/or bowel problems are a complex mix of factors.  Muscle weakness, altered bladder control, unhelpful habits and even how we are feeling can all result in a miserable situation.

Many women are put off by uncertainty around the number of pelvic floor exercises needed and whether they are doing them properly.  Just one examination could reassure you and remove barriers to exercise.

Bladder and bowel control is a really complex and interesting thing.  Call to arrange an examination and education session, do not wait until problems arise.  You need to be exercising correctly and with confidence.
