Warmer weather is motivating!
As spring warms up, we often resume activities that have been dormant over winter. We see a lot of injury around this time because folks jump on their bikes or do a long hike, without recognising that it may be necessary to ease into things a bit. At the very least, an 'apology' by way of stretching, a nice warm bath and some physical rest could prevent a lot of discomfort.
