This role would suit someone who is happy working with a certain amount of chaos. You should have a strong customer service ethic, a patient friendly phone manner and oodles of 'calm under pressure'. A high level of computer and internet literacy is an absolute must.
Experience working in healthcare is ideal, but you must at least have experience juggling front of house with admin duties, some of which are to a deadline.
The hours on offer can be negotiated from very little up to around 15 hours per week. You must be willing to increase your hours to cover Julie's holidays though and she will cover yours. The job does involve some evening work.
