We continue to enjoy being busy here at Bounce Back and so need an experienced NMSK part-timer. Various day-time hours and also Thursday and Friday night need covering. Please email your CV to manager@bouncebackphysiotherapy.com
Amanda Hartman is a very experienced Sports Massage Therapist with a great pair of hands! Staff at Bounce Back are lining up for some TLC so why don't you join us? Take a deep breath..... if you find you are about to blow your top (inconsiderate driver in front, boss being unreasonable, just people!), take a deep lungful of breath and as you let it go, say to yourself 'it just doesn't matter'. Sometimes it does matter of course but ask yourself, is getting wound-up helping? Contact us if you are having trouble dealing with stress. As an experienced women's health Physiotherapist I often feel saddened and frustrated when I hear how long women have suffered in silence before seeking help for bladder problems. We should be taking about it more. Have a listen. http://www.bbc.co.uk/programmes/b014gdqs#p00kgmw8 Many women suffer with chronic pelvic pain and things get more complicated as time goes on. A well trained women's health physiotherapist may be able to help a great deal. Contact us for help and book in for an assessment with Bernie Gilder Please all be careful in this icy weather! Ensure adequate footware and above all, take your time - rushing creates a real risk of falling. Taking firm short steps and being mindful of your surroundings will help to keep you safer. We are looking for an experienced, hands-on Physiotherapist to work 1-2 nights and Saturday mornings. You will find the application pack on our home page. Bernie will be available before the big game (on Saturday 4th) to answer questions about any concerns or injuries you may have. If you are a Chingford Rugby Club member, come down and say hello! Don't start the season with any niggles. Get that dodgy ankle or knee checked out so you can know how to rehabilitate it. Wouldn't it be great to throw yourself into the game without any worries? Perhaps with the good weather you will be doing activities you haven't done since last summer. Enthusiasm can get the better of us as we throw ourselves into a seldom practiced activity with gusto! Perhaps it's not until the next morning that we find ourselves in a pickle - aching back from paddling the canoe, sore shoulder from playing tennis, creaky knees from climbing ...... How many of us remember to gently stretch our bodies and drink extra water to say 'sorry body' for working it so hard for the first time in ages?! |
