At Bounce Back we are recognised by all major health insurers including BUPA, AXA-PPP, Pru Health and Nuffield Health. Please ensure you are guided by your insurance company when booking your Physiotherapy appointment. For example, some companies require you to visit your GP first and get a referral. We will need your membership and authorisation number.
Ultimately it is your responsibility to make certain you are covered for the cost of your Physiotherapy sessions. For some of the smaller insurers, we ask that you pay us first and submit your receipts to them for repayment directly to you. This helps us to cut down on administration and delayed payments.
