                                  Bernadette Gilder founded Bounce Back Physiotherapy in 2004. She graduated in 1998 from LaTrobe University in Melbourne, Australia with a four year degree in Physiotherapy which included extra electives for ccupational and women’s health.

                                  Bernie has worked in a wide variety of  settings including NHS and private hospitals, sports and women’s health clinics.  This has provided her with broad exposure and a wealth of experience in caring for people and helping them become fit and  well.

                                  Combining a very hands on approach with a holistic view of each person means Bernie can offer complete care: diagnosis, treatment,  rehabilitation exercise and preventative advice.  As all Physio's must, she continues to educate herself with a variety of courses each year.  To update her knowledge, she recently completed a post-graduate certificate (Masters level) in Women’s
                                  Health Physiotherapy. She has also been an acupuncturist since 2003.

                                  Nikki Harris  graduated from Middlesex Hospital School of Physiotherapy in 1991.  She is also a qualified fitness instructor and has a post-graduate qualification in Ergonomics from Nottingham University.  To maintain her high standards, Nikki attends various clinical education courses throughout each year.  

                                  Nikki has worked in a diverse number of environments  including the NHS, fitness centres and occupational health (workplace) settings.  She is therefore adept at restoring people to their desired level of function; enhancing their fitness and wellbeing.

                                  Nikki embraces an holistic approach encompassing hands-on therapies, rehabilitation exercises and advice on recovery and injury prevention.

                                  Caroline Bessadi graduated from the University of East London in 2006.  She has a wide range of experience treating orthopaedic and rheumatological patients both in NHS and private practice settings. Skills include lower limb rehabilitation, osteoarthritis knee rehabilitation and help with chronic spinal pain.  Caroline has a special interest in cervical spine (neck), upper limb and hand problems.  She is also an acupuncturist.

                                  Caroline prides herself on an accurate assessment to ensure the most appropriate physiotherapy treatment for her patient. Her aim is to treat musculoskeletal conditions and injuries with manual techniques, acupuncture,
                                  sports massage and personalised home exercises. Caroline will work closely with her patients to set rehabilitative goals that will allow them to achieve a full
                                  return to activities, sport and work.
