Don't start the season with any niggles.  Get that dodgy ankle or knee checked out so you can know how to rehabilitate it.  Wouldn't it be great to throw yourself into the game without any worries?
 
 
Perhaps with the good weather you will be doing activities you haven't done since last summer.  Enthusiasm can get the better of us as we throw ourselves into a seldom practiced activity with gusto!  Perhaps it's not until the next morning that we find ourselves in a pickle - aching back from paddling the canoe, sore shoulder from playing tennis, creaky knees from climbing ......

How many of us remember to gently stretch our bodies and drink extra water to say 'sorry body' for working it so hard for the first time in ages?!
